I am Employed Through KentPlc working for Basra Gas -Shell as P&E -Projects Lifting & Hoisting SME - Duties are.Carry out all Lifting & Hoisting Assurance East to West. To review and approve all lifting plans from BGC and all our supply chain contractors.Carry out site visits and conduct Plant Inspections and complete reportsTechnically support pre-rigging installation to reflect the lifting plans Understand the crane mobilization and safe set up’s as per lifting plans Engage the Asset L&H SME for crane sharing activities and similar operations To oversee the high risk activities on the NR-NGL TAR To complete competence assessments on our supply chain lifting contractors To attend high level site meeting with BGC-SHELL East & West all sites To make and carry out positive observations on all lifting and hoisting activities To order the correct cranage and equipment in the Shell Trobexis systems To attend all Technical meetings with Kent & BGC To oversee the Jetty destruct & Construct projects East -BGC To generate plans and drawings for the open projects To work closely with the HSE department site level to address any potential incidents what may occurSupervise all lifting operations on the new Greenfield & Brownfield sites QTC & BNGL the Principle contractor is CPECC. Deliver Construction based Coaching and mentoring of the Local Labour on heavy lifting and Rigging Scopes on the full BGC Concession.
