At HDR I plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects with a high degree of technical complexity involving large project teams. I\'m involved in both design and construction oversite and management of numerous projects concurrently. Duties include establishing client relationships, marketing, contractual, design and production meetings, I oversee Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines, coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
