ABOUT PAUL J. NAVARRO

Paul J. Navarro, P.E. is a registered, professional engineer with 27 years of experience with design and construction of civil engineering projects in Central Pennsylvania, Mid-Atlantic Region, and several Latin American Countries. He is a register Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and Ohio. He is the President and CEO of Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc, a multi-disciplined firm providing engineering services to developers, industry, transportation consultants, and municipalities for over 17 years. The firm is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with numerous state agencies in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York and New Jersey. Navarro & Wright has been recognized for several years as one of the Fifty Fastest growing companies in the mid-state area and also awarded the 2010 Top 100 MBEs in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Navarro is a former 40 Under 40 recipient by the Central PA Business Journal in recognition of commitment to professional excellence, support of business growth, and active involvement in the community. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association, and the American Consulting Engineers Council. Paul is one of the founding members of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Pa and has served as President since its inception in 2007. He is also on the Board of Trustees for Harrisburg University, board member of the Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority and Dauphin County Redevelopment Authority. He is a native of Jalisco, Mexico, residing there until 1975 and has been a central Pennsylvania resident for over thirty-four years.
