I\'m a seasoned IT operations and logistics professional with over a decade of experience in global service delivery, asset management, and contingency planning. I\'ve supported U.S. military and government tech operations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, gaining deep insights into cross-cultural collaboration and international compliance standards.As a former Major in the United States Air Force (the aerial warfare branch of the U.S. military), I led logistics and contingency operations for collaborative international projects across five continents. This honed my leadership, discipline, and ability to execute projects under pressure. These skills I now apply to technical and team-driven initiatives.After transitioning from the military, I thrived in B2B medical sales during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, consistently exceeding sales quotas while managing complex hospital relationships. This sharpened my client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and consultative abilities in high-stakes environments.I then moved into government contracting, supporting U.S. defense and intelligence operations as an Incident Manager and IT Asset Manager. Here, I navigated bureaucratic systems, ensured compliance with frameworks, and coordinated across agencies which equipped me to handle complex organizations effectively.Currently based in Germany as a defense contractor, I\'m pivoting to workflow automation and RPA, blending my technical foundation with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Python, Java, and UiPath (certification in progress).
