As a former Division 1 Athlete, organization, discipline and achieving huge goals are a front runner. As a career in medical devices, patient satisfaction and surgeon trust are number one! It is all about creating value for yourself and for your company. In my career, my focus is on achieving the huge goals of leadership and leading a team and company to be the best we can be in our industry. As a D1 collegiate pitcher for Texas Tech, I wasn’t the best out there nor the most talented, but I was the hardest working one and that is how I go out each and everyday with that underdog mentality to out work my opponent. I continue to strive to be better and create more value so that the patient and the surgeon trust me. This is another reason I am in finishing the first year of my MBA, with 1 year left, to become more educated and more valuable to my team. My goals are upper management and executive leadership and I will continue to strive each and every day to reach those goals. I am very well versed in medical device sales, with spine and technology as a niche.
