Lead multiple teams of 2-8 individuals working with investment teams to load their programs into PRISMA, contract with partners, and ensure timely reconciliation of invoices• Oversee our Investment Ops training program that includes a series of 10 monthly trainings which equips our agency counterparts with knowledge on how to use PRISMA and perform our processes (e.g. campaign uploading, pulling reports, mapping, invoice reconciliation, etc.)• Created or streamlined many processes and guidelines that have lead to clearer instruction and/or lead to greater efficiency• Collaborate with many different teams across the agency including Investment, Reconciliation, Technology, Finance, Client Operation to complete critical and ongoing projects throughout the year• Lead on new reporting feature in PRISMA; traini agency users on how to use the new tool on a monthly basis and am leading the rollout of this feature as a beta user providing feedback to MediaOcean and sending comms out to the agency
