Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, Journey Builder and Automation Studio design, database architecture, technical solution strategy, and email marketing best practice - Design and automate scalable data structures for campaigns such as alert notifications consolidation, weekly marketing campaign automations, and mobile push messaging - Host and lead innovation sessions with the development team to seek ways to improve the efficiency of existing processes and explore integrations with external tools - Develop a QA process documentation for the team to utilize as a checklist - Create naming convention structures for email campaigns, assets, data extensions, journeys, and mobile push messages - Query the database to create customer segments and troubleshoot data discrepancies - Develop data structures using AMPscript and create lookup tables that are scalable across multiple email campaigns - Utilize SOAP/REST APIs for testing journeys and automations - Provide comprehensive training to new and existing team members on data structures and Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Product, and technology teams on project requirements, goals, and objectives
