I am a highly motivated and dedicated hospitality professional with a broad range of experience within the Restaurant, Pub & Bar industry.With a career of over 22 years in the industry ranging from working for an independent entrepreneur to a large corporate organisation, reaching senior roles in Marketing, Operations and Project work providing a diverse and relevant level of expertise.Now with additionally over 10 years in the food supply business, I’m sharing and applying that experience and knowledge to hospitality businesses of all sizes.Over and above my passion for the hospitality industry, I also enjoy training for and competing in half marathons (a few more 10k as I get older!), property development with my wife and following my rugby team around the country when I have a spare weekend.
