Also have ensured preservation and care of financial management systems and organizational assets. Further, I have led and facilitated financial controls, planning, and reporting strategies. My collaborative management style assists in senior leadership decision-making and supporting employee growth and the wellbeing of individuals to build a better organization.I am a big believer in continuous education with the completion of an MBA (Leadership) from Royal Roads University, a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University, and the National Mediation Course from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta.
