Head of a team of over 70 lawyers specialising in motor, casualty, commercial, coverage and property fraud and helping run the team of national and international award winning counter fraud lawyers.DWF is one of the fastest growing law firms in the country with one of the largest insurance departments and has a nationwide fraud and financial crime offering consisting of over 200 people. DWF has offices throughout Europe, Oceana, the Americas and the Middle East, such as Poland, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Canada and the USA amongst other countries. DWF has nearly employees and continues to expand. Connected Services include Mindcrest in the USA and India.The team specialise in fraud (motor and non motor), property, casualty, unusual or large commercial losses, fires, fraudulent theft claims, indemnity disputes, product and public liability, employee fraud, and banking fraud- often combining expertise in indemnity and coverage to defeat the suspicious claim. I myself deal with complex fraud of all types- largely property and commercial including organised crime, fake commercial entities, and large loss- often with a coverage fraud element. The team also specialise in prosecutions and sanctions including private criminal proceedings and contempt of court actions against those who have attempted to defraud our clients. This has resulted in fraudsters being imprisoned. DWF are associate members of the Insurance Fraud Bureau.Was a Leeds City Ambassador for Creating Inclusive Cultures with a particular interest in social mobility.Interest in EVs and motor vehicle autonomy, photography and videography.Winner of the Post Fraud Award Collaboration Award in 2020 with RSA for work done on frustration in contract commercial fraud and was the partner initially dealing with the collaboration with QBE which won fraud investigation of the year 2024.
