Focus on solar leasing, hydrogen (H2) facilities, carbon capture (CCUS) and wind generation. Leadership of various contractors and support of the land efforts to negotiate purchase agreements, surface agreements, options, leases, subsurface agreements and other industry agreements. Lead project execution, non-environmental permitting and due diligence efforts. • 05/2021 to 12/2022 - Columbia Gas SystemsOperational leadership of the land effort for the Columbia Gas system in Kentucky and parts of West Virginia spanning several hundred miles. Management, forecasting and approval of scope for several contract agents from various service companies. Effective collaboration with project management, engineering, and construction to successfully execute my role.• 09/2020 to 05/2021 - Keystone XL Pipeline ProjectLed the U.S. facilities KXL land effort during construction of the 2020 pump stations. Managed a team of contract land agents supporting the facilities construction team. Coordinated acquisition and construction of the U.S. pump stations (10) including the transmission lines, substations and access roads. Drafted and executed a variety of agreements and worked through various permitting processes including various releases as the project was shuttered.
