Work in close cooperation with security Engineers and Physical attack experts, to define highest secure DFT solution able to be implemented through commercial EDA tools and to allow good coverage and diagnosis capabilities. Lead DFT cluster for implementation, verification and validation of the secure DFT strategy on several Secure Element designs.
