I lead portfolio-level strategy and design for learning products that shape practice across entire industries, developing solutions in consultation with leaders, academics, and technical experts. My work informs industry standards, competency frameworks, and sector-wide practice, driving measurable behaviour change and cultural transformation globally.Previously, at IOSH, I transformed market-leading products like Working Safely and Managing Safely to be fit for global adoption, creating new products including Leading Safely and Corporate Governance in Safety and Health, and establishing Executive Education as a portfolio category.
