Program completes between 15 and 19 audits annually for work performed in both Canada and the US. The program reviews approximately $800M in contract spend annually. Additionally, assisting with developing and implementing a real-time contract compliance review program.Shipyard - Acted as the Project Controls Manager for the client overseeing the cost control and forecasting for multiple projects for a Canadian shipyard contracted to design and construct a program of various vessels totaling an estimated $6 billion. The work focused heavily on using earned value management techniques in conjunction with data analytics. The function provided reporting across the organization from the shop floor to senior leadership levels. Pipeline Project - Provided on-site contract and change management support for two pipeline projects totaling approximately $300M. The work included reviewing prime contractor document submissions such as invoices, change requests, and cost & schedule reporting for accuracy and where applicable compliance with contract terms. Led directly to a cost savings for the client of approximately $300K through avoidance of costs outside of contract scope and rejection (or recovery) of amounts invoiced by supplier non-compliance to contract terms. Global Resource Company - Assisted an estimated $15B Canadian mining project within the areas of operations, project controls, risk management, and supply chain.
