Taking ownership of people ‘charters’ for delivery against strategy- Conducted full review of policies and processes, to improve tone of voice, accessibility to our colleagues and more honest approach to communications- Conducted restructures of key departments to reposition team and optimise structure alongside strategy deliverables- Lead organisational restructure project, resulting in a 0.8m cost saving, including oversight of internal communications and consultation processes (redundancy and TUPE).
