   Developed Unified Work Request (UWR) for electronic Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) marking tool requirements for IT engineering and architect feasibility studies. Led my CUI project management team with facilitation and collaborations efforts with IT solution engineering for National Archives and Records Administration’s (NARA’s) National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) which will provide a standard way to exchange CUI tagged electronic data between government entities. Managed Taxpayer First Act (TFA) provision 3002 efforts by ensuring collaboration with stakeholders from Government Liaison, Disclosures and Safeguards (GLDS) and Privacy Policy and Compliance (PPC) to update Safeguards and Incident Management processes and policies with requirements mandated per the new legislation per our 3002 project plans. Collaborated with IT Cybersecurity to approve new auditing platform which interfaces with cloud-based IT solution meets unauthorized (UNAX) requirements to ensure taxpayer PII is protected. Managed staff collaboration efforts with IRS TV studios on producing two new UNAX videos for mandatory briefing (MB) cycle 2020 to ensure IRS employees are provided ample learning opportunities to minimize IRS UNAX statistics. Facilitated leadership briefing with Treasury, NARA and IRS’s Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) to discuss CUI implementation in Treasury and IRS to receive executive guidance on IRS’s timeline and implementation plan.
