ABOUT PAUL GRAND PRÉ

WHAT I DO: I help organizations make the most of their resources and relationships. As a change leader, I eagerly take on new challenges and turnaround situations without a clear roadmap and consistently deliver dramatic results. I develop creative methods to connect with donors, volunteers, and partners and expertly manage relationships to ensure success. WHY IT MATTERS: I have directed fundraising for higher education and major philanthropic organizations like Save the Children. I build and harness revenue streams to invest in enrichment and social benefit opportunities, including health, education, global humanitarian work, arts and cultural programs, and career development. My successes include scholarships, capital projects, study abroad programs, and volunteer network development. WHO I WORK WITH: I apply well-developed outreach skills to cultivate relationships with fundraising partners, corporations, donors (including high-net-worth individuals), and volunteers. I am passionate about creating a donor-centric, results-oriented culture of philanthropy where donors at all levels can take joy in giving. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I combine an MBA in Finance with 20+ years on Wall Street with senior non-profit fundraising leadership to maximize return on investment and boost fundraising revenues. In addition, I have broad leadership experience across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in highly competitive industries. As the owner-manager of my own start-up, I directed all operations, from sales and finance to IT and HR.
