ABOUT PAUL GRAF

With over 35 years of experience managing complicated property & casualty claim programs for regional, national/international insurance carriers/TPA\'s and the Lloyd\'s market, Paul has been involved with the in-depth investigation, evaluation & negotiation of large exposure auto/general liability, homeowner’s & commercial property and workers’ compensation claims including the close oversight of high profile fraudulent cases where Paul worked in tandem with Corporate Special Investigation Units & State/Federal agencies towards the successful recovery, restitution & prosecution of fraudulent claimants. Paul served as project manager within various business divisions designed to provide emergency response to both regional/national level catastrophe claims generated by \"man-made\"/natural disasters & class action law suits. Prompt/quality claim resolution was necessitated & ultimately realized through the management of dynamic professional claims & support teams. The management & operational oversight of global events include the creation of workers’ compensation/property/liability claims & litigation units following the 2001 WTC terrorist attacks & commercial building asbestos exposures on workers’ compensation/occupational disease cases. Paul was also highly engaged in the litigation management of general liability suits involving public/charter school systems, colleges/universities; and modern day catastrophic weather events. Paul’s resume includes the responsibility/oversight of home office claim operations, audits, administration/management of regional/ home office operations to ensure claim & administrative personnel compliance to execute Corporate Best Practice Standards through Excellence & superior client service/“business solution” plans to exceed client expectations/goals with nationally recognized P&C insurance carriers and TPA\'s. namely, Vanguard Claims Administration, Claims Service Corporation of America, and currently, with Court Enterprises/Roanoke Valley Claims Services, Inc, a domestic/ Lloyd’s DCA-TPA, independent adjustment and claims management firm headquartered in Roanoke-Richmond, VA.
