Led multiple Subcontractors in a grass roots take off within 720 acres, redirecting the natural environment to its workability.• Assisted engineering in developing a temporary site drainage plan, preparing for soil stabilization at depths down to 22ft. Coordinated site wide soil stabilization, cut and rough grading per IFC drawings, permanent roads, ditches, nine holding ponds, and four sediment ponds, rough grade development for four LNG Tanks.• Coordinated daily with multiple contractors on progress, planning, and scheduling. Worked and maintained a weekly 4 week look ahead schedule, presenting it weekly to management and client.• Ensured subcontractors procedures and materials complied with IFC specifications. Observed work in progress to ensure that procedures were followed, and materials used conformed to specifications. Examined workmanship of finished installations for conformity to standards, and approved completions through Quality Control. Scheduled and monitored testing of finished product prior to turn over packages.• Collaborated with Managers, Contract Administrators, and Coordinators; communicated, written and verbally, with team, management, and client. Participated in teams’ interviews for potential candidate selection to fill upcoming Field Coordinator positions onsite.
