Paul Giebel

Over his career, Mr. Giebel has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including higher education, government, utilities, services, retail and catalog distribution, chemicals, insurance, and manufacturing. Paul’s primary role with Moran Technology Consulting is to project manage engagements in its Management Consulting practice, ensuring project completion and client satisfaction are attained. He is a founding partner of the firm, having primarily served higher education clients since the late 1990’s. His areas of expertise include systems requirements gathering and planning, procedural and organizational assessments and design, information technology strategies, RFP development and evaluation, outsourcing, and large-scale systems development. As a partner with Moran Technology Consulting, Paul has additional responsibility for overseeing the operations of the company, including managing the finance, human resource, and administrative functions as well as participating in business development.
