ABOUT PAUL GIDEON

As an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at PayU, one of the leading fintech companies in India, I lead the campus hiring strategy and execution, partnering with top universities and colleges across the country to attract and recruit budding talents for various roles and functions. I also host and coordinate various events, such as webinars, workshops, quizzes, and competitions, to engage and educate the students and faculty about the company\'s vision, culture, and opportunities. I have also acquired multiple certifications from LinkedIn to enhance my skills and knowledge in talent sourcing, recruiting, and retention, especially for the millennial generation. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team, where I can contribute to the company\'s growth and success, while also learning and growing as a professional and as a person. I have a strong passion for people and relationships, which motivated me to pursue my MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, where I graduated with distinction in 2018.
