Client Account Lead – EnQuest | NexosFull P&L Responsibility | EPC & Commissioning Delivery | Major Capital Projects- Hold full business responsibility for the delivery of all engineering modifications and repair services for EnQuest across four key assets: Sullom Voe Terminal (SVT) and three late-life offshore platforms (Magnus, Thistle, Heather)- Lead the construction and commissioning of a major £200M capital project at SVT— delivering a transformational upgrade to the facility- Since my appointment, revenue with EnQuest has tripled through strategic relationship development, operational delivery, and commercial innovation- Oversee projects delivered via diverse contracting models, ranging from fixed-price to fully reimbursable frameworks- Direct Nexos\' integrated support to EnQuest, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) services- Manage 100+ site-based construction personnel and 20+ commissioning professionals- Support by 100+ engineering and business support staff- Expanded service offerings to include in-house piping and structural fabrication, modular build solutions, and PAU (Pre-Assembled Unit) construction- Recent delivery highlights include two Local Equipment Rooms (LERs), two substations, and three pump skids.
