About Paul Garcia
With 30 years of experience of human resource, workforce development and community engagement, I will bring a last amount of knowledge and energy to any organization. I have been responsible for a wide- range of functions related to program and service delivery contracts funded through multiple sources. Directed the oversight of Equal Opportunity, Rapid Response and Business Services/programs and represented various organizations in activities related to diversity, coordination of services to youth, re-entry services and other programmatic activities. Represented organizations on a number of industry and community related committees such as the Snohomish County CAMPS, Urban Enterprise Center, Central Area Motivational Program, South Seattle Community College, Seattle Public Schools, Snohomish County Apprenticeship Programs and Community Partnership for Transition Services (CPTS). Co-founder of the Puget Sound Diversity Network, Professional Latino Association Northwest (PLAN), recipient of the first “Diversity Champion” award presented by the Seattle SHRM Chapter and a graduate of the Sector Skills Academy (Marano Fellow). Graduated from Washington State University and holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University.
