ABOUT PAUL GALLAGHER
A Lawyer and MBA by training with 30+ years of regulatory experience, representing Utilities, Government, and Renewables, on rate cases, telecom issues and renewable energy. As project manager for the only onshore wind farm in New Jersey and having spent the last 15 years trying to advance the fledgling industry for Offshore Wind, understands the business and regulatory challenges in the State. Broad community experience in the community on school boards, State Bar Association trustee, hospital board chairmanships, chairman of the Atlantic City Chamber, President of County Bar. Teaching Natural Resource Policy and Environmental Law at Richard Stockton University for the last three years, preparing the next generation of energy and environmental leaders.
