The LCG is used to guide service intensity affiliations and funding alignment for one of the nation\'s largest publicly-funding behavioral health systems.Operational Management- Spearheaded efforts to dramatically shift practices of one of the nation\'s largest assertive community treatment (ACT) programs; resulting in decreased inpatient utilization by 50% and increased employment and meaningful community activity engagement rates by more than 50% through a comprehensive system-wide approach to continuous quality improvement- Maintained a leadership role in the implementation of initial behavioral health-led integrated care activities in Central Arizona; including the introduction of new analytic tools, integrated service planning and collaborative interdisciplinary team approaches to advance care.
