Managed different contractors on the installation of Fiber backhaul and Node placement for Crown Castle on the small cell deployment team. Including strand mount, BSL and full pole replacement Nodes for T-Mobile and AT & T. Managed the installation of pole mounted and ground mounted DC power plants used to bring DC power to specific T-Mobile and AT & T nodes. Including assigning a GC, issuing a PO and releasing all needed equipment.Conducted several Node walks and Node re-walks with respected A&E, fiber engineers and T-Mobile RF engineers.Redlined and approved 90% Node CD\'S.Conducted power design walks with respected A&E, redlined and approved 90% CD\'S.Scheduled and attended pre-con walks with respected jurisdiction, power providers and GC as well.Scheduled and attended as-built walks with GC and Crown Castle COP team as well as following up with gig items and uploaded as-builts at all time making sure our company was GO-95 complaint.Completed SOV\'S/PO\'S per KMZ\'S and available make readies. Released all node equipment including poles and power equipment as well.Interface well with GC, PM in regards to schedules and expectation, with the ultimate goal of coming in on time and within budget.
