My role involves advising a wide variety of clients including house builders, renewable energydevelopers, strategic land buyers, property developers and private individuals on a range ofprojects. This work routinely involves the production of heritage statements, desk based assessments and historicenvironment ES chapters, negotiating schemes of work with local planning authorities and thecosting, procuring and management of archaeological and built heritage investigations. I provide no nonsense, commercially focussed archaeological and heritage advice built onover 25 years’ experience working in the historic environment sector.
