ABOUT PAUL FULTON
I received my undergraduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2004 where I earned my Bachelor\'s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. I graduated from Wake Forest University\'s Executive MBA program with a focus in finance. After graduating from Cal Poly, I worked for a large local, ex-Arthur Anderson, CPA firm in Santa Barbara, CA. I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.I practiced public accounting for nine years before moving to the private sector. Since then I have helped companies grow, improving their accounting processes and design internal controls, all while being a key business partner and advisor. Process improvements that resulted in improved controls environments, monthly closes, detailed general ledger analysis, account reconciliations and adjusting entries. My tax experience includes, but is not limited to, tax return preparation and planning for Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships and High-net-worth individuals.Personally, I\'ve been active with various charitable organizations, including being a past board member and Treasurer for the Alano Club, non-profit organization.
