As a Field CTO, I am a trusted advisor and technology evangelist, focused on driving business transformation through technology. I help organisations become increasingly data-driven by adopting innovative technologies such as GenAI.My role involves:Collaborating with stakeholders across customer projects and sales lifecycles, including prospects, customers, and partners.Articulating the business value of technology solutions to both business and technical executives.Evangelising product portfolios and showcasing success stories through events and content creation.Sharing industry expertise and presenting emerging trends to internal teams, customers, and at public events.Providing feedback to product and engineering teams based on real-world field experiences.Supporting the early stages of customer projects, focusing on architecture, technologies, and strategic planning.Enabling internal teams by demonstrating how to convey product business value and unique selling points effectively.I am passionate about placing human-centric outcomes at the core of innovation, driving real business change, and helping clients achieve their goals through data-driven decision-making. I am also a speaker, have authored several whitepapers, and regularly host industry leaders at round tables, including at the House of Lords. I bridge the gap between business initiatives and technology trends, enabling organisations to make informed, strategic decisions.My broad expertise allows me to communicate corporate direction and product roadmaps to business and technology leaders, influencing corporate and product strategy through industry insights and synthesised field input.I strongly believe in giving back to the community, having volunteered with the Air Training Corps for almost 20 years and spent over five years supporting my local Girl Guide units.
