Position SummaryThe Head of Sales & Country Manager is responsible for ensuring end to end business delivery for Electrolux Professional in the Country. The role is directly responsible for driving Sales for BA Laundry and in addition leads the \'shared service\' functions like Finance, Sales Order Processing & Customer Care to ensure a strong functional organization in the country.Objectives• Implementing the sales strategy defined for the Region.• Developing the market share of Electrolux Professional Laundry Systems in the Region.• Focusing on channel management by developing existing or new Agents, dealers, or open new sales channels.• Be the Country head from a Legal & compliance perspective.• Provide leadership to shared services to ensure process efficiency and KPI delivery for both BA\' s.Key operational responsibilities• Actively drive to deliver on targets per country defined together with BA\' s.• Secure adequate focus per channel in countries.• Secure execution of sales incentives and dealer loyalty programs.• Identify and realize synergies from sales and service channels.• Coordinate support functions to secure maximum realization of synergies.• Through contacts with distribution and end-customers ensure systematic flow of information on competition, market, new potential, new customers, and feedback on products marketed by the company to enhance market knowledge and contribute to decisions concerning company products/market.• Ensure definition of sales terms and company update with reference to laws, business regulations, product, and technical manufacturing rules.• Guarantee a more efficient structuring of sales network in coherence with the market potential and coverage level.
