Hi, I’m Dr. Paul Fregene — a Professor of Chemistry at Merced College, AI consultant, and mental wellness advocate committed to transforming lives through both education and emotional resilience.In higher education, I specialize in curriculum & instructional design, data-driven teaching, and integrating innovative technologies to elevate digital literacy and student outcomes.
