An enthusiastic, focussed and strong individual with a proven track record within a Sales, Key Account Management, Senior Management and Commercial roles within the food industry. My career has spanned a number of roles within a blue chip organization and more recently in SME food ingredient business, where I have held senior Sales function. I have gained excellent strategic planning, managerial skills, communication, inter personnel skills and the ability to operate effectively at all organisational levels, the breadth of my experience and training, has meant I have excellent knowledge of all spheres of a food manufacturing business. Delivering sustaining continued growth, within a business demonstrating full P&L responsibility, commercial acumen of negotiation.As a leader, I pride myself in developing teams to reach their full potential by mentoring, coaching and full involvement in all areas of Sales & Account Management, Operations, Purchasing & Stock Management, Finance, Technical, NPD and Innovation.As a Senior Sales professional managing customer relationships at all levels is key to delivering business success, growth and maintaining longevity for any supplier.
