   Recruited to drive profitability and growth of Western Region of National glass recycling corporation. Led business activities of four processing plants located in Los Angeles, San Leandro, Sacramento and Mexicali. Full P&L responsibility, and well as administrative, sales, and supply responsibility for the Region. Increased annual Division Revenue by 429% and Division EBITDA by 460%. Currently managing 24 plants in West, Midwest, Southwest, Southeast and Mexico. Achievements include: Grew EBITDA in original 4 plants by 197%. In 2018 assigned responsibility for 8 SE plants. EBITDA increased from 124% in one year. TRIR decreased from 8.3 to 4.0, yield improved from 59.9% to 68.2% and OPEX/T decreased from $57.52 to $51.66. Assigned responsibility for 5 Midwest plants in 2015. EBITDA increased 206% million in one year. Assigned responsibility for Texas plants in 2010. EBITDA moved from a loss to a substantial gain in 1 year. Member of acquisition team that acquired glass recycling division from Waste Management. Responsible for 3 of the acquired plants in 2009. Plant EBITDA increased by 567%. Lowered TRIR rate in West plants from 5.91 to 2.0 from 2015 to 2018. Increased yield on single stream glass from 51% to 62%. Managed or participated in relationships with Owens Illinois, Gallo Glass, Owens Corning Fiberglass, Fevisa, Johns Manville, Knauf Insulation, Certainteed, Anchor Glass, and Ardagh Glass. Managed relationship with State of California Departments of Conservation and Recycling. Obtained $700k market expansion grant from the State of California in 2005 and $1.1 million in 2007. Increased market share of recycled glass processed on West Coast from 50% to 95%. Managed critical supply relationships including Republic, Waste Management, and Allan Company Opened Hawaii glass markets.
