Paul and Louise Puopolo are pleased to announce that they are financially sponsoring and co-chairing the Laurier CUSP Program for 20••••18. The program provides an excellent opportunity for fourth year students to be involved in local municipal initiation. The 2015/2016 partnership will be with the City of Cambridge and Laurier’s Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. The program will focus on “back to the river” concept which is the next evolutionary stage which the municipality can embrace the river as part of Cambridge and making it a centre piece of Cambridge’s future.We are pleased to announce that we are continuing our sponsorship and co-chairing of the Laurier CUSP program for an additional 3 years from 2019 to 2022. For the fall and winter terms of 2019, in cooperation with the City of Cambridge Planning staff, the program will focus on “Net Zero Energy Developments; How do we get there?” The City is interested in making net zero developments on both greenfield residential and greenfield industrial developments in their municipality.
