Enrico leads Cadmus\'(formerly Nathan\'s) MEL practice and has significant experience in designing and implementing complex MEL frameworks for large, multi-country donor funds. Enrico’s MEL experience cuts across a range of sectors. He is equally comfortable operating in private sector development, financial inclusion and education as he is in land, agriculture, biodiversity and climate change. Currently, Enrico is the MEL Director for DEFRA’s £100m Biodiverse Landscape Fund, where he leads the design and implementation of the fund-wide MEL system cutting across 6 landscapes in Sub-Saharan Africa, Meso-America, and South-East Asia. As MEL advisor for FCDO’s £500m Girls Education Challenge, Enrico supported the design of a rigorous evaluation framework and developed guidance and processes to roll-out the Fund Manager’s MEL framework to 41 projects across 17 countries. As MEL Manager of FCDO’s Land Investment for Transformation (LIFT) programme in Ethiopia (£72.7m), Enrico managed the programme’s MEL component implementing state-of-the art research on the impact of the largest land certification programme of its kind. Enrico also has extensive experience leading and implementing data analytics and data visualisation projects and has led teams to develop MEL dashboards for programmes from scratch.

Enrico also has extensive experience leading and implementing data analytics and data visualisation projects and has led teams to develop MEL dashboards for programmes from scratch.
