ABOUT PAUL ELLIOTT

After many years in management positions in industry, I decided in 2002 to leave my then employer Rolls-Royce plc and focus on my development in search of self-knowledge and personal growth while developing a consultancy career. And so I explored many avenues in 2003 finally training part time in London at the Institute of Psychosynthesis from 20••••07. At the same time, I became an independent consultant in 2003 and have worked with a wide range of clients in Manufacturing, Finance and Charities. Clients have included: Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Asco Industries, Bureau Veritas, Deutsche Bank, Fokker Aerostructures, Fokker Services, Shelter, Anthony Nolan, North West Aerospace Alliance and Ebac. I work both as an executive/leadership coach and as a procurement specialist. Very often the work overlaps as my motivation is to help people be all that they can be professionally and personally. As a coach I work with leaders both with their inner world and their outer goals and capabilities. These two dimensions of self are intrinsically interlinked In December 2014 alongside my business partner Aubyn Howard and the Institute of Psychosynthesis we founded Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited and launched our flagship training programme - Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching. The inaugural programme ran from September 2015 to January 2016 and was validated at Post Graduate Certificate level by the University of Middlesex in October 2015. We believe that Psychosynthesis Psychology has a profound contribution to make in helping leaders to develop personally and professionally. Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited has been established to help make this psychology available and accessible to all organisations. Aubyn and myself are both accredited coaches with the Association for Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and are aligned to their professional standards and philosophy. Our website is
