Employed by Openbet, I have recently moved to the evoke (William Hill and partners) account having spent the best part of 11 years on the Sky Betting and Gaming account.On the evoke account, Openbet adapt a Kanban methodology of development. The scope of work is wide as my remit covers areas such as Betting and Trading, Payments, Compliance (recently Affordability), Marketing, Fraud and Risk, Gaming and Data. My main areas of responsibility are- Maintain and groom the product backlog- Organise, facilitate and hold elaboration workshops with business stakeholders- Scope definition- The production of user stories using INVEST methodology. Examples/Scenarios are written in a Gherkin format to accompany Business Rules, Requirements and Acceptance Criteria- Production of user journeys, the to-be and as-is, confirming the scope of the user story enabling test cases to be drafted- Production of Cost/Benefit analysis- Participate in Sprint planning meetings remotely with Openbet- I.T. Project Lifecycle support- Participating in 3 Amigos sessions with Openbet developers and testers- Attendance at customer meetings representing Openbet- Adhere to Quality Assurance best practice- Support Openbet\'s and the customer\'s Functional Test Teams – test case review, consultancy and provide any assistance in test execution- Facilitate Show and Tell sessions/demos to business stakeholders- Production of business processes- Production of training documentation - Act as a facilitator for any customer questions / troubleshootingI am happy to provide evidence of stories delivered.
