Provide specialist construction/civil engineering services such as highway construction, maintenance & improvements, surfacing, drainage installs, repairs and connections, kerbing works and scheme delivery, such as traffic signals, S278 works, carriageway / footway reconstruction and junction improvements. Delivery of groundwork services include foundations, drainage, site clearance, earthworks and block / paving works.Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.Review variety of on-going projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Meet contractual conditions of performance.Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
