Director in RNA therapeutics and targeted delivery with 20+ years of academic and industry experience building and translating nanocarrier platforms.I currently lead formulation and delivery platform innovation at Sail Biomedicines, with a focus on targeted lipid nanoparticle (tLNP) technologies for in vivo CAR-T and cell-specific RNA delivery. My work centers on developing and scaling delivery systems that enable extrahepatic targeting and translational readiness across therapeutic programs.Previously at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, I led drug product development and served as CMC lead for an RNA LNP vaccine program, contributing to lead candidate selection and NME declaration. I continued to support the program as an SME for the Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL), partnering closely with discovery, analytics, process development, and CMC teams to translate early delivery concepts into development-ready platforms.My expertise spans lipid chemistry, bioconjugation, targeted delivery strategies, and RNA formulation and process development.
