Providing highly visible customer support for Ronler Acres site (D1X, D1D, D1C) and Fab 15, on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex semiconductor manufacturing, wafer processing, equipment and systems. Driving resolution of design, reliability and maintenance problems or software issues. Fully involved in field and customer training. Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and consistent exercise of discretion and judgment in recommending to clients, the product being highly technical and sophisticated in nature. Developing and maintaining trouble-shooting/problem solving skills, support tools and procedures. Managing situations, including customer communication when necessary, to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Recommending solutions to client applications questions related to plasma, high vacuum technology, high frequency radio, microwaves, lasers, materials, processing, etc.
