   Oversee, develop and evaluate programs, services and operating systems of CVOEO in partnership with the Board of Directors. Build and clarify organizational mission, define and contribute to long-term goals and short-term objectives, and establish a structure for administrative support and evaluative processes. Monitor agency activities and operations, delegating responsibility and responding to needs that arise. Oversee financial management functions in conjunction with the Fiscal Director, including: budget management and presentation; research and recommendation of major capital expenditures; development and administration of reporting policies, procedures and systems; investment of funds; coordination of external audits; management of fiscal grants functions and fundraising efforts. Direct and oversee personnel management functions including; administration and implementation of contract negotiations and all other contacts with bargaining unit and its representatives; recommendation, implementation and enforcement of personnel-related policies and procedures; recruitment, hiring/firing, and evaluation of staff; management of compensation and benefits; and direct supervision of senior staff and indirect supervision all agency staff. Represent CVOEO to and work closely with national and regional organizations, a broad range of community organizations, government agencies, businesses, and individuals. Keep abreast of, interpret, and ensure compliance with applicable government statutes, regulations, notices, and memoranda. Direct and ensure appropriate recordkeeping and reporting systems pertaining to all areas of responsibility, and prepare/supervise the preparation of a variety of key reports for internal and external use. Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and security employees and clients, as well as the protection of property.
