Chaplain serving at the following Carolinas Medical Center locations: Main (Level 1 Trauma Center), Mercy (including Rehab and Horizons Detox), Pineville, University, and Carolinas Rehabilitation. Provide pastoral care at the various CHS hospitals and facilities as PRN with availability 24/7•Offer spiritual and emotional support to patients, family, and health care team as necessary, which includes but not limited to areas concerning end of life, anxiety and grief/loss •Ensure appropriate response and follow-up on all referrals from assigned clinical nursing areas •Participate in provision of worship services and comply with individual’s ritual beliefs•Maintains confidentiality of all pastoral work and comply with HIPAA guidelines
