I am currently leading Operational Quality and Improvement my Sector within Bam Infrastructure. My main role to encourage business efficiency by supporting the application of company management systems. Provide a point of contact for advice and guidance on the application of the Company management system within the Sector. I also oversee/support the project Quality personnel we have currently with onsite Quality assurance, contract/client requirements and handover. I also support the Regional approach to NCR capture and good practice as well as general improvements to support Right First Time methods across all projects.
