Now retired Professional Footballer. Experienced Left back having played over 570 games. UEFA A and B licensed coach and looking to add other badges in the near future. Dundee United Under17s Lead coach and also full time Individual Coach Analyst within the Academy. Also supporting the U19s team season 2025/26Started myself a business, EliteRecoveryUK, to help people with recovery. Doesn’t have to be through sports can be everyday life. My sole aim is to make people feel good through recovery sessions. Using Hyperice/Normatec systems and Game ready machine.
