About Paul Dimarco
Generating ideas and looking for solutions are at the core of what drives me. It’s not that I look for problems – who does! Rather, I find adventure in exploring for solutions to the problems and opportunities that present themselves. This is where the idea generation comes in handy. Being creative in coming up with solutions keeps my mind active. When this all comes together, I find that others are part of the process. Getting the right people, and or processes, working in sync is the exciting part of finding the right solutions. When it works, people and processes are positively affected and that excites me. Adventure is another component that is at my core. Whether it’s trying something new at work, or, doing a new activity in nature – the unknown of the adventure is alluring. It forces a drive and creativity in me that leads to new activities. It fosters a learning process that builds upon itself over time. Keeping my mind and body active fulfills me.
