Coordinate review and processing of Chapter 40B affordable housing applications in partnership with the Planning Board. As staff liaison to the Economic Development Commission (EDC), support initiatives focused on strengthening Norton\'s economic resilience and business climate. Currently leading several major initiatives including the successful adoption of MBTA Community zoning, the strategic redevelopment of the former Reed and Barton Mill site, and coordination with the EDC to host Norton\'s inaugural business networking social. A future project includes working with SRPEDD to develop a comprehensive Economic Development Strategy that will guide the town\'s future growth and business attraction efforts.
