Principal DTV Engineer, NGTV digital TV broadcast, 3rd line support to TVNMC operations team, project implementations, system integrations.Responsible for delivering projects such as new channel builds SD/HD, transponder changes, system designs, channel capacity and project delivery, support for technical fault escalations from Satelite reception, descrambling & Multiplexing, documentation of works and providing how to\'s for other teams.Responsible for all new software/firmware testing and dealing with vendors for bug fixes experience with mpeg 2/4 video, conditional access /SI, RF networks.Worked with Cisco headend equipment NGTV, TV over IP headend, Cisco switches and multicasting.Worked with Harmonic NMX for HD/SD encoding & Simulcast/transcoding.built simulcast /OTT platform and worked on transcoding for Virgins TVAnywhere product using Harmonic transcoders & and adobe AMS /Wowza media servers/ Microsoft smooth streaming.
