General\\\\n• Act as a Tech lead/Team lead, creating new best practice cloud Infrastructure for new clients.\\\\n• maintain and improve existing high traffic solutions with a key focus on stability, optimisation and security.\\\\n• Reporting into the Technical Director\\\\n• Work alongside pre sales teams and/or customers during a discovery phase to architect solutions to be used in proposals for new projects/customers/business.\\\\n• Interviewing / recruiting Cloud and DevOps engineers of all levels.\\\\n• Building new cloud infrastructure projects based on best practice / resilience.\\\\n• Optimising and migrating existing infrastructure\\\\n• Creating, designing, maintaining and optimising existing DevOps pipelines.\\\\n• Mentoring/coaching/managing team members\\\\n• Experience dealing directly with and communicating with high level customers, both technical and non technical.\\\\n\\\\nCloud / DevOps Skills\\\\n• Extensive experience working on Azure and delivering cloud infrastructure projects\\\\n• Cloud architecture PaaS, IaaS\\\\n• Designing and developing Cloud strategies/architecture for new and existing customers\\\\n• IaC (ARM and Terraform)\\\\n• Cloud networking and security\\\\n• Hands on experience with tooling in the Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Agile and other DevOps related spaces (Octopus Deploy /Team City / Azure DevOps)\\\\n• Scripting in Powershell.\\\\n• Version control / Git\\\\n• Understanding / recommending branching strategies\\\\n• Designing deployment of.NET solution packages to live, highly robust, high traffic web/cloud infrastructures\\\\n• Designing / Architecting zero downtime, highly available solutions.\\\\n• Analysing and improving architecture for existing solutions.\\\\n• Understanding current state / business objectives and transforming them into cost effective, resilient cloud solutions.\\\\n• Experience of modern monitoring and logging solutions to meet business objectives\\\\n• Managing operational change in highly robust high traffic infrastructures.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
