An experienced, skilled, Professional Agilist, I have built, transformed, and coached groups of teams through challenging cross-departmental environments, and have designed and implemented planning and delivery frameworks for the enterprise itself, all for the purpose of focusing on and delivering the highest of value for the company in the most efficient way. As well, I’ve servant-led many scrum masters, product owners, scrum of scrums and Agile COEs. In addition, I have (re)structured Jira for optimal use in multiple orgs. All the while, removing immediate impediments with a resolve to turn root causes into positives. Seeing the trees and the forest. Together, we all CAN prevent fires.
