Currently managing a team of around 250 dedicated Oracle Cloud Specialists covering all applications in Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Human Capital Management and Customer Experience as well as Bid and Project Management, Consulting Management and Project Delivery Expert with around 20 years of experience helping large international companies transition to the Cloud.My previous roles have provided highly varied experiences including being responsible for Senior Client Relationships, Project Delivery Oversight, Executive Sponsorship, P&L and People Management.Project background working with large Enterprise Clients on international, multi-lingual projects to rapidly deploy solutions to provide reduced time to value for their business. Strong Project and Customer Management skills and a continual focus on delivering appropriately tailored solutions whilst ensuring the scope and expectations are managed to match timelines and budget. Software background in Product Design, Product Management and Functional expertise based on taking JobPartners’s Talent Management Solutions from initial concept through prototype design to realisation and implementation.
